The Norma Anders Public Library was built in 2003 and provides the same services offered by large city libraries. It provides a learning center, a study room, a year round story hour, a summer reading program, seasonal children's events, a book club, a children's display area, interlibrary loans and a display area to highlight items of community interests.
There are over 19,000 books, newspapers, and magazines. Its eight patron computers are heavily used not only by local citizens but buy people visiting in Dysart.
The setting of the library is enhanced by a children's garden to the south and beautiful plantings around the entire building courtesy of City Beautification.
