Every year these are some of the things that Club Dysart does for the community
Organize and maintain with other organizations and individuals the July 4th Celebration for which this town is famous. In 1998 we donated the clock in the park as a monument to our past and reminder of the potential of our future. This event has brought upwards of 5-6,000 people into town for the celebration.
On Easter Saturday we have a Easter Egg hunt for the local children.
City Wide Garage sales in the Spring and Fall.
Jr. Knight wrestling Tournament -- A family oriented program in which K through 8th graders compete in wrestling matches.
In June we sponsor an omelet breakfast that helps kick off the July 4th festivities and fundraising.
CHRISTMAS ON MAIN STREET - the first week in December the club sponsors an "old fashioned Christmas" on Main Street with cider, cookies, Christmas Carols, hay rides and gifts.
Make full use of the Community Building by maintaining a bar at such events as the Firemens' Dance, Terry's Appreciation night and wedding or anniversary dances.
We make donations to other local community fund raising events and sponsor a dollars for scholars scholarship at the high school.
New ideas and causes are always welcome.
No membership fee, just your willingness to spend your time meeting your neighbors.
